○ 모집포지션 : IT 시스템 오퍼레이션
- The SysOps Intern is responsible for the assistance administration and day-to-day operation of the organization’s local and wide area network and infrastructure.
- The SysOps Intern will assist maintain the integrity of the organizations network and servers through scheduling, testing, documenting and coordination of system upgrades and implementations.
- Provide simple network and remote connectivity hardware/software support
- Provide network and remote connectivity hardware/software support for escalated incidents
- Perform simple troubleshooting and network diagnosis to identify issues concerning network and server, computer hardware and software, and network communications
- Install, support, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, infrastructure servers, storage devices, firewalls, routers, and virtual private network (VPN) equipment
- Provide integrated team support and maintenance of LAN hardware and software; provide liaison support between IT teams, vendors, and internal staff as needed
○ 급여 : 시간당 12불
- 출퇴근 시간에 LA다운타운 Union Station까지 회사 통근버스 운행중
○ 근무시간 : 주 5일(월~금요일), 주 40시간
