II.2.2) Additional CPV code(s) 45261900 II.2.3) Place of performance NUTS code: UKM83 Main site or place of performance: Erskine, Paisley, Linwood, Bridge of Weir, Kilbarchan and Elderslie, Renfrewshire II.2.4) Description of the procurement Bridgewater Housing Association are seeking to establish a Four Year Measured Term Contract for gutter cleaning and roof inspection report services with a suitably experienced and qualified Contractor. The Contract is intended to commence on Tuesday 30th January 2018 and will operate for a maximum of four years, subject to satisfactory performance of the successful Bidder which will be measured through the Key Performance Indicators (Document H). The Contract will primarily be delivered in Erskine, Paisley, Linwood, Bridge of Weir, Kilbarchan and Elderslie, Renfrewshire and the anticipated Contract Value is approximately 40,000 - 50,000 GBP average per annum (excluding VAT). III.1.1) Suitability to pursue the professional activity, including requirements relating to enrolment on professional or trade registers List and brief description of conditions: Please refer to these statements when completing Section 4A of Tender Document E ESPD (Scotland). 4A.1 - If required by the member state, bidders are required to be enrolled in the relevant professional or trade registers within the country in which they are established. 4A.2 - Where it is required, within a bidder's country of establishment they must confirm which authorisation or memberships of the relevant organisation(s) are required in order to perform this service. Bidders must confirm if they hold the particular authorisation or memberships. III.1.2) Economic and financial standing List and brief description of selection criteria: Please refer to these statements when completing Section 4B of Tender Document A ESPD (Scotland). Question 4B.1.1 - Bidders will be required to have a minimum 'general' yearly turnover of 100,000 GBP for the last two years. Question 4B.1.2 - Bidders will be required to have an average yearly turnover of a minimum of 100,000 GBP for the last two years. Question 4B.3 - Where turnover information is not available for the time period requested, the bidder will be required to state the date which they were set up or started trading. 4B.5.1 and 4B.5.2 - It is a requirement of this contract that bidders hold, or can commit to obtain prior to the commencement of any subsequently awarded contract, the types and levels of insurances indicated below: Employer's (Compulsory) Liability Insurance - 5,000,000 GBP Public Liability Insurance - 5,000,000 GBP III.1.3) Technical and professional ability List and brief description of selection criteria: Please refer to these statements when completing Section 4C of Tender Document E ESPD (Scotland). 4C.8.1 - Bidders will be required to confirm their average annual manpower for the last three years. 4C.8.2 - Bidders will be required to confirm their and the number of managerial staff for the last three years. 4C.9 - Bidders will be required to demonstrate that they have (or have access to) the relevant tools, plant or technical equipment to deliver the types of requirements detailed in II.2.4 of the OJEU Contract Notice or the relevant section of the Site Notice. 4C.10 - Bidders will be required to confirm whether they intend to subcontract and, if so, for what portion of the contract.

Where performance falls below the minimum acceptable level during, the successful Bidder will be required to produce a Remedial Plan for the approval of Bridgewater Housing Association. Failure to produce a Remedial Plan or implement an approved Remedial Plan will be deemed to be a breach of the Contract, which may lead to the termination of the successful Bidder's Contract.
