● 주요업무내용
• Analytics and Customer & Shopper Expert (priority Mobile, Tablet & TV)
o Transform data from multiple sources into a cohesive story with opportunities to grow the business (uses decision support, syndicated data, customer data etc. in shopper analysis)
o Translate data into insight and provides shopper insights linking macro/micro-trends in consumer, channel and category to make recommendations to key stakeholders
o Communicate insights in a clear and concise manner and in a way that drives action and make impact
o Develop tools and processes to improve capability across the team and make it visual and impactful
o Develop and maintain insights learning database

● 그 외 자격요건
• Minimum 5 years of experience within FMCG/retail or category management and a solid understanding of in-store/shopper research methodologies and data analysis
• Minimum 3 years analyzing POS and Panel data from sources such as Nielsen, GFK or similar
• Bachelor´s degree in business, marketing, statistics, or related field
• Must demonstrate effective negotiation and communication skills
• Have a clear understanding of customer development, joint business planning, category management and shopper marketing
• Experience of working with Excel and PowerPoint at an advanced level
• Experience of working within a large matrix organisation
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with experience of translating data into intuitive reports through data visualisation and story-telling
• One Nordic language plus fluent in English
• Following experience would be an advantage:
o Interest in technology and technology markets
o Experience of working within different cultures
o Some consultancy experience
