주요업무내용 | • 회사 소개 - 설명이 필요 없는 국내 대표 홍삼 브랜드 정관장, KCC 인삼공사(구, 한국인삼공사) 미국현지법인 입니다. 한국의 대표 건강식품 홍삼 브랜드 정관장을 미국 현지에서 판매하는 현지 법인이며 한국인삼공사에서 100% 출자하였습니다. 해당 기업은 미국현지법인 단독채용(한국본사와 무관)이며, ICN Group을 통해서만 지원, 면접 기회가 주어집니다. • 회사 홈페이지 https://kgcus.com/ • 직원수 약 30명 내외 •시급 $19-25 • 업무내용 -Improve & strengthening CKJ franchise business model by :-supporting/developing training manuals-supporting/developing new VMD look-supporting/developing store VMD policies-supporting/developing store evaluation plans-supporting/developing POS system upgrade, etc. -Develop and maintain active relationships with potential customers -Work with franchisees to identify their specific needs. Support the franchisees goals and priorities. -Maximize sales in new & existing accounts -Develop, evaluate and execute market strategies in coordination with Sales Director and Marketing Team -Monitor market conditions, and competitor's products, price and sales activities -Analyze sales data and identify short and long-term growth opportunities in terms of promotions, product and marketing -Analyze market trends and growth of geographical-demographical trends of target consumers to determine next franchise locations -Monitor market conditions, and competitors' products, price and sales activities -Monitor sales and promotional activities of customers and evaluate effectiveness of spend in coordination with Marketing Team -Support Franchise Manager & Sales Director in preparing internal reports & documentations of strategy & business plan -Edit and maintain company franchise manuals as required. -Develop, evaluate and execute market strategies in coordination with Manager/Director based on knowledge of market characteristics, competition, budgeting factors -Work with marketing, accounting, logistic teams to align sales & marketing, inventory, budgeting -Other duties as assigned • 혜택 - 점심 제공 - 유급휴가, 유급병가, 직원 할인 | ||
그 외 자격요건 | •자격조건 -3~5 years of Sales Assistant experience preferred -Must have Driver’s License -Experience in Franchise Industry is a plus • Detailed oriented with the ability to start & finish tasks/projects • Good grasp of reporting, documentation & analytical capabilities • Consumer focused mind-set with good communication skills • Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively • Fluent in Korean. Good verbal and written skills needed • Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) • Bachelor Degree or similar work experience required • Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. | ||
