"1. Cause of the Issue
1) Chrome's cookie policy was updated in February 2020.
2) Cookies cannot be transferred if you move to another site with a different domain.
-In Chrome, under [Settings -> Privacy and Security -> Site Settings -> Permissions (Cookies and other site data) -> If [Block third-party cookies] is checked, you may experience issues.
2) Payment gateways can sometimes experience issues upon payment.
-If you block cookies as described below, you can block third-party cookie data, such as payment data.

2. Solutions
1) Change Chrome browser settings
-Open Chrome -> Enter [chrome://flags] in the URL address bar  -> Search [SameSite] -> Enable third-party cookie data blocking -> Click [Relaunch] at the bottom of the page.
2) Update to the latest version of Chrome.
3) Try using Internet Explorer.
-Internet Explorer does not have the cookie blocking issue."

"Please register as a corporate participant if you are an overseas attendee.

The participant categories are member participant, regular corporate participant, and regular individual participant.

Corporate participants include Hansang members or businesses, domestic and international Business Exhibition participants, and domestic and international businesses.

Even though a Hansang member is not participating in the Business Exhibition, those who are attending the convention for the purposes of business networking should still register as a corporate participant.

General individual participants include organizations, groups, and school officials who are accompanying World Korean Business Convention participants as partners.

The Convention is free for online attendees.

Yes, both domestic and international convention attendees can book accommodation at the special discounted rate offered to World Korean Business Convention attendees through the designated accommodation agency after completing registration (including payment).

In principle, the World Korean Business Convention requires attendees to register individually and does not accept partner registration. Those who wish to attend the convention should register separately.

You cannot change the payment method from money transfer to credit card if you register online.

Online card payments and registration are processed simultaneously, so if you want to change the payment method after registering, you will need to cancel your existing registration and re-register.

You cannot participate in 1:1 business meetings without registering for the Convention.

Since the 1:1 business meetings are one of the official programs of the Convention, you must register for the Convention before applying for this program.

Someone else cannot  attend the Convention in your place.

The registrant who cannot attend should cancel their registration, and the person who plans to attend th Convention should submit their own registration.
